Born and raised near Amsterdam. Studied Law at both Utrecht University (Master of Public and Administrative Law) and the University of Amsterdam (Master of European Law). Has been working at De Koning Vergouwen Advocaten since his student days.

Hielke is part of the administrative law and property practice departments at DKVA. He primarily  deals with administrative law in the office. Cases relating to grants (for cultural institutions, among others) and enforcement matters regularly land on his desk. Structured and motivated.

In his spare time, Hielke enjoys running, watching sport or reading a book.

Hielke is a member of the VAR (Association for Administrative Law).
