Devotes his heart and soul to employment law. A Work and Security Act specialist. Advises and carries on lawsuits for employers (small and medium-sized enterprises and bigger). Equally passionate to assist employees. Thinks that reorganizations, restructuring, redundancy schemes, sickness files, re-entry and complex terms and conditions of employment are a walk in the park. CEO’s, doctors and senior management teams know how to find him. Always has the solutions ready. Is committed and eager. Thinks along with his clients. Digs in his heels whenever necessary. Publishes regularly in specialist journals, lectures and passed with flying colours the Postgraduate Course in Labour Law PALA, among other things.

Passionate, active and energetic. In his free time he is a member of various boards. Very sportive, from running to cycling. When he gets the chance, he delves into Dutch literature. Felix is a father of three.
